Five winners of the 2021 Guaranteed Rate PBA Tour Major events will bowl one game to determine seeding for a bracket style finale. The bowler with the lowest score of the seeding round will be eliminated.
The remaining four bowlers will be placed into single-game-elimination matches based on their seeding round scores: #1 versus #4, #2 versus #3. The winners advance to a PBA Super Slam championship match. The #1 seed will have a choice of bowling in the first or second match of the day.
PBA Super Slam Prize Fund: $200,000.
The PBA Super Slam is an invitational event made up of the five winners of the Guaranteed Rate PBA Tour Majors held in 2021 who will compete (LIVE) on FOX Sunday, April 18, 2021 beginning at 12:30 PM EDT on FOX.

The live FOX telecast April 18 will pay:
1st place ($100,000), 2nd place ($50,000), 3rd place ($20,000) 4th place ($20,000) 5th place ($10,000)
A $1 million bonus will be awarded to a player bowling a 300 game in the championship match.
