This year, the world’s best aged-50-and-over bowlers will compete in the 44th season of the PBA50 Tour, culminating with the prestigious PBA50 Tournament of Champions.

The schedule includes 12 title events and five majors: the Bud Moore PBA50 Players Championship, USBC Senior Masters, PBA Senior U.S. Open, PBA50 WSOB III World Championship and the Johnny Petraglia BVL PBA50 Tournament of Champions pres. by Pleasant Day Schools.

“We are very excited to see the PBA50 Tour returning to action this summer as we feature literal legends of our sport!” Tony Lanning, the PBA50 tournament director, said. “In addition to our returning major events, we have added the PBA60 World Series of Bowling, which will offer a major championship for our super senior players.”

Highlights of the 2025 PBA50 Tour include:

  • The season begins in May with a two-event stop in Florida, before moving north for the season’s first major in Virginia. The finals of the Bud Moore PBA50 Players Championship will take place inside the scenic two-lane facility inside Bill Moore’s home.
  • The players will then venture west for back-to-back majors.
  • The central swing of the PBA50 Tour begins with an opportunity to compete in the PBA LBC National Championships; the third annual event hosted at Bowlero Mount Prospect near Chicago allows for PBA50 players to compete June 21-22, though players can compete any weekend between May 31 and July 13.
  • Additionally, Beverly Lanes in Arlington Heights, Ill. will host the PBA50 Les Zikes PBA50/60 Doubles Regional June 27-28.
  • The season resumes with the PBA50 South Shore Classic in Hammond, Ind., building up to the historic Wayne Webb's PBA60 World Series of Bowling in July. The first-ever WSOB for players aged 60-and-over will be hosted at Wayne Webb's Columbus Bowl.
  • The PBA60 WSOB will mirror the PBA and PBA50 WSOB’s format, with two standard championships building towards the World Championship, a major title.
  • The event will be followed closely by the PBA50 World Series of Bowling III at David Small’s JAX 60 in Jackson, Mich. This will mark Small’s 100th hosted PBA title event.
  • John Janawicz, the reigning PBA50 Player of the Year, is poised to return with aspirations of adding to the seven titles he’s amassed in two seasons on the tour.
  • Additional PBA Hall of Famers expected to compete are Chris Barnes, Parker Bohn III, Jason Couch, Tom Hess, Mika Koivuniemi, Walter Ray Williams Jr. and Pete Weber, among others.
  • The entirety of the PBA50 Tour will be livestreamed on BowlTV, the multichannel livestreaming platform and exclusive home of the PBA.
  • Entries will open for the PBA50 Tour on March 5.
