Seven games of qualifying starts at 8 a.m.
Top 8 players advance (based on entries)
Round Robin Match Play: 1 p.m. – (eight games)
Top four players advance to a stepladder roll-off.
Finals format will be adjusted accordingly with less than 24 entries
IMPORTANT
All competitors and non-competitors will follow the local governmental mandate for the wearing of facemasks. The PBA encourages social distancing when possible. This policy is subject to change or modification.

Eligibility
Participant must be a USBC Member in good standing. Non-members must meet PBA average requirements.
Payout Ratio
1:3 Field Capacity
Field is limited to 60 bowlers.
Entry Fee
All members and non-members are encouraged to enter on-line through the PBA website
PBA and PWBA Members: $245
Non-members: $310 (cash, money order, or cashier’s check on-site)
Entry Deadline
Entries are open online and entries for members and non-members close at 11:50 pm on Friday, May 13, 2022. After the deadline, entries must be made directly with the PBA MW Region Manager.
Balance Holes
Beginning August 1, 2020, the use of a balance hole is prohibited. The rule states all holes in a bowling ball must be used on every delivery; any hole not used is considered a balance hole, making the ball illegal. Bowlers who do not use their thumb no longer can have a thumb hole, as it now is considered a balance hole. They also need to mark their ball to show where they place their palm on delivery.

Prize Fund (based on 60 entries – 20 checks + 1:5 Sr out of cash + stepladder bonus)
1st Place is projected to pay $2,300
8th Place is projected to pay $700
Final cash spot is guaranteed to pay a minimum of $450
Top seed in the stepladder finals receives a free 2022 MW regional entry credit. The credit is non-transferable, must be used in 2022 and is only available to full PBA members.
