Statistics through seven events of the 2009-2010 season

In the first of seven PBA World Series of Bowling telecasts on ESPN, Detroit area favorite Harry Sullins ended a 15-year winless dry spell by winning the resurrected PBA Senior World Championship at Thunderbowl Lanes.

Ron Mohr of Eagle River, Alaska, the Professional Bowlers Association Senior Tour’s only three-time winner in 2009, was selected as PBA Senior Tour Player of the Year by a panel of veteran bowling writers and his fellow competitors.

Thanks to outstanding performances in a limited number of appearances, Brian Voss of Alpharetta, Ga., was elected as the PBA Senior Tour’s 2009 Rookie of the Year.

Veteran Senior Tour competitor Larry Graybeal of Elizabethton, Tenn., is the winner of the 2009 PBA Dick Weber Sportsmanship Award.
