It was only fitting the 2007 PBA Senior Tour season came down to a match-up between PBA Hall of Famers Tom Baker and David Ozio. But it was Tom Baker who came away with his eighth PBA Senior Tour title and perhaps his third consecutive PBA Senior Player of the Year award.

As late as last Wednesday, Hugh Miller had no intentions of bowling this week’s PBA Senior Dick Weber Invitational. But after watching his friend and fellow Northwest native Kevin Croucher win last week’s PBA Senior Decatur Open, Miller quickly changed his mind.

Kenny Parks described his day Saturday in the 2007 PBA Senior Dick Weber Invitational as a roller coaster. Unlike a lot of the field, Parks' roller coaster ride ended on a high.

On Thursday night, the first ever PBA Senior Dick Weber Invitational kicked off in Ballwin, Mo., with a special reception at West County Lanes. Many PBA legends were in attendance along with Jackie Joyner-Kersee, Cory Spinks and a handful of other local celebrities.

There will be an informal reception for the players on Thursday, August 16 from 7-8 p.m. The Saint Louis BPA looks forward to seeing the bowlers and their family members and having a terrific PBA Senior Tour event.

Eligibility:
This event is open to PBA Senior Tour champions, PBA Hall-of-Fame members who have reached the age of 50, the top 75 bowlers on the 2007 senior tour point list and all bowlers who have competed in at least eight (8) Senior Tour events through the PBA Senior Decatur Open.
We will mail invitations for this tournament in
June. We will not be taking on-line entries.
