Doug Kent became the sixth bowler in Denny’s PBA Tour history to win two Majors in one season, defeating Chris Barnes, 237-216, Sunday to win the 2007 Denny’s World Championship at DeVos Place.

With bright lights, ESPN television cameras and the pressure of bowling for thousands of dollars in scholarships, two players emerged as champions Sunday of the inaugural Denny's All-American High School Championships.

Several prominent names continue their quest of being named champion of the 2007 Denny’s World Championship, the third of four Majors on the 2006-07 Denny’s PBA Tour.

The PBA announced today the list of 14 Denny’s PBA Tour All-Stars fans can vote for to earn the final spot in the 2007 Motel 6 Roll to Riches, a special postseason event which features a winner-take-all $150,000 top prize.
