The Professional Bowlers Association has created a new
"Media Gallery" system that will allow all news media outlets interested
in covering the PBA, in print or online, with access to great high-resolution action
photography, head shots of all of the Tour's exempt men and women plus Senior Tour
stars and top regional players, and more.
Our new "Media Resources" site is easy to use...it will provide you with photography
from each upcoming PBA Tour event within a couple of hours of the conclusion of
the tournament...and, best of all, there is no cost or obligation to you other than
the PBA would appreciate a photo credit (photo courtesy of PBA LLC). If you would
like to access the PBA Media Gallery,
send Bill Vint a note with your publication
name, your preferred email address (if other than the one this mailing is reach),
and the name of the responsible person at your publication. With any luck, you'll
have access to the new PBA Media Gallery within a day or two...and you'll have immediate
access to a wide selection of PBA photos.
The Professional Bowlers Association’s first “PBA Bracket Battle” is online and ready to go, giving bowling fans an opportunity to pick all of the winners in the Go RVing Match Play Championship which gets underway Wednesday, March 17.
Mike Scroggins of Amarillo, Texas, won his eighth career title and second of the 2009-10 season in the Professional Bowlers Association’s Etonic Don Johnson Eliminator finals at Sequoia Pro Bowl Sunday, surviving a 10th-frame error to edge home-state favorite Brian Kretzer of Dayton, Ohio, 206-195, in the championship match.
