Laub was a Touring Pro as far back as 1966 and has placed among the Tour's top 20 money winners nine times and on eight occasions placed in the top 20 in average. The 12-time champion's lifetime earnings are in excess of $800,000. In 1974 Laub amassed $66,000 and was honored during the year with the Hickok Belt Award as top U.S. athlete for the month of February. He won the 1974 BPAA U.S. Open, one of four titles he won that year. He has won five PBA Senior Tour titles and was named the 1994 PBA Senior Rookie of the Year.
