Earned Exemption: Eighth in the 2006 Denny’s PBA Tour Trials
Personal: Resides in Jonquiere, Quebec, Canada… Enjoys playing golf, baseball and spending time with his fiancée, Stephanie… lists Tommy Delutz Jr. as his toughest opponent… Won Quebec’s largest bowling tournament – the Omnium Charlevoisiene – in 2003, taking home the $10,000 top-prize.
2005-06: Did not bowl in 2005-06 due to a wrist injury… Finished eighth in the 2006 Denny’s PBA Tour Trials following the season to regain the exemption he lost after the 2004-05 season when he finished 51st in the PBA World Point Rankings, 12 spots out of the cut for an exemption… Averaged 223.00 in 45 games over five days to finish eighth in the Tour Trials… Came out of the gates strong as he was third after the first day… Fell to eighth after two days, then had his strongest day on the Scorpion pattern day three – averaging 239.67 – to move up to second overall… Slipped to seventh after four days, but had a solid fifth day to earn one of 10 exemptions.
Career: Is looking for his first career Tour title… Was exempt in 2004-05 after finishing second in the 2004 Denny’s PBA Tour Trials… Made his first and only two career TV singles appearances in 2004-05, going 0-2 with a 209.00 average… First career TV appearance came in the 2005 Dallas Open where he lost to Brad Angelo, 222-216, then lost to Tony Reyes in the semifinals of the 2005 Cambridge Credit Classic, 237-202… Has bowled in 36 career Tour events, cashing 24 times and making match play 11 times.
